Issue

When attempting to run a backup of an Exchange database with SCE, you may see the following error:
The Backup of Resource_Group_XXX failed with error: Failed on '<exchange server>': Activity 'Creating Backup' failed with error: Failed to create VSS snapshot [Error Code: -2147212538][VSS_E_PROVIDER_VETO]
