Issue

SnapCenter Custom Plug-Ins backup fail with the error
Plug-In services are currently not running. Please run the command systemctl start scc
 
When checking the scc services they indicate running and the following is also seen when checking the status of the spl service
/var/opt/snapcenter/spl/etc/spl.properties: line 23: SCC_PORT: command not found
SPL:Checking status of SnapCenter Plugin Loader
SPL:SnapCenter Plugin Loader is running as process 29817
