Issue

  • Restore of a SQL DB that resides on an RDM disk fails. Errors Reported:

Error : No resources mounted from snapshot for restore

ERROR SMCore_573 PID=[9020] TID=[108] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (could not find one or more files to restore)

  • Verification or clone job fail for the same reason with:

Activity 'Query Host Information' failed with error: Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.
