Issue

Upgrade of SnapCenter server fails with:

CreateDB: CustomAction1: Call dotMigrate C:\Users\admkzr\AppData\Local\Temp\pq5ymcop.isw\dotMigrate.exe
CreateDB: CustomAction1: With commandline -i -v -r -s "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\pq5ymcop.isw\4.7" -h localhost -y 3306 -l C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\DotMigrate_MySQL_4.7.log -d nsm -x Devart.Data.MySql
CreateDB: CustomAction1: dotMigrate Exitcode -1
CreateDB: CustomAction1: Error!!!! dotMigrate return with failure
ERROR: SnapCenter Schema Creation failed. Check the DotMigrate logs in the Windows Temp folder for more details.
CustomAction RunDBMYSQL returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
