No configuration changes since successful backup

Issue

SCV backup job which was successful starts to fail by Unable to discover resources on SCV
wfe_<JOB_ID>.log shows that discovering resources fails by Unable to discover resources on SCV

vmcontrol_<JOB_ID>.log shows that Storage footprint not found is returned even though the request is the same as when the backup was successful
