Backup not working on AIX after upgrading SCO Plugins to version 4.8

SCO Backup fails during discovery, when running the sc_command_executor script.
Error message from the SMCORE log: SCO-20039: Discovery operation failed.
Error message from the SPL log:
DEBUG Execution Monitor Thread [sudo /opt/NetApp/snapcenter/spl/bin/sc_command_executor oracle "test -f /etc/oracle/olr.loc && echo true || echo false"] c.n.c.e.ShellResult - EXE-00001: Shell result [0:00:00.026] (Exit Value: 255):
0509-036 Cannot load program /opt/NetApp/snapcenter/spl/bin/sc_command_executor because of the following errors:
0509-150   Dependent module libstdc++.a( could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libstdc++.a(

0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
