After SnapCenter upgrade pre-scripts fail to execute

Issue

After upgrading SnapCenter to version 4.7 at the end of a backup job the the following warning is reported when a policy is configured to run a pre or post script
 
For security reasons it is recommended to move the scripts to the restricted access folder. The default location of the 
scripts folder is within the plug-in installed location. For example, C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter\SMCore\Scripts\
