'Failed to refresh the clone' error on SC SQL plugin

Issue

Clone to an alternate instance for an encrypted database fails with below errors in SmSql_<JobID>.log:
  • An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.
  • Cannot find server certificate with thumbprint '0x5B07E578894A365970967RD2482F43A2YT519107'.
  • Failed to refresh the clone. Cannot change database encryption state because no database encryption key is set.GetCommand was aborted.
