Upgrading to SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere (SCV) 4.3

Issue

Upgrade is successful, but following messages are shown during upgrade SCV to 4.3.

Failed to start sqsservice.service: Unit sqsservice.service not found.
Failed to start smagent.service: Unit smagent.service not found.
