ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere: 'Unknown' storage system stuck in Storage Systems

Issue

After adding a cluster or SVM on the view of NetApp ONTAP Tools > Storage Systems pane, the storage or storage system is listed as Unknown. When you reenter your credentials, they are accepted without an error message.
