After upgrading Unified Manager, custom alert scripts are no longer triggered

Issue

  • After upgrading to Unified Manager (RHEL/CentOS platform) from 9.6 (or older) to 9.7 (or newer), custom alert scripts are no longer triggered.
  • Error messages in ocum-script.log indicate that the script no longer exists on the filesystem:

    2021-08-07 10:06:11 [ERROR] [ScriptExecutor-1] [AlertScriptService:148] - Script File with name '/opt/netapp/ocum/scriptPlugin/' 'example_script.sh' does not exist for EventID :1001234.
