Unified Manager installation fails with "Unable to init MySQL"

Issue

AIQUM installation fails when Server is configured with 1TB memory.
 
The following error message may be seen on the console :
Running scriptlet: netapp-um-9.10-2201050355.el8.x86_64   21/21
Job for mysqld.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status mysqld.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

FAILURE: Unable to init MySQL.
