Issue

  • Few user are unable to reach Storage GRID endpoints from one IP address within a subnet.
  • While other users can reach within the same subnet.
  • Run traceroute command to check connectivity from working and non-working IP.

     
     traceroute -T -p 10444 -s source_IP destination_IP
