StorageGrid endpoint generated certificates are not active

Issue

after renewing the  certificates they do not update in GUI or from curl CMD
 
Server certificate:
* subject: C=SE; ST=V�stra G�talands l�n; O=G�teborgs universitet; CN=sgrid.gu.gu.se
*  start date: Jan 26 00:00:00 2023 GMT
* expire date: Jan 26 23:59:59 2024 GMT
*  subjectAltName: host "sgrid.gu.gu.se" matched cert's "sgrid.gu.gu.se"
*  issuer: C=NL; O=GEANT Vereniging; CN=GEANT OV RSA CA 4
*  SSL certificate verify ok.
