StorageGRID clients continue to use old certificate after renewal

Applies to

  • NetApp StorageGRID 11.9.0.5 and below
  • NetApp StorageGRID 11.8, 11.7, 11.6
  • Management Interface, S3 and API Certificate renewal
  • Client applications utilizing new Certificates

Issue

  • GRID manager UI displays the correct renewed certificates
  • Clients complain about expired certificate although certificate renewal was implemented on Storage GRID prior to the expiration date
