Privacy error when accessing StorageGRID Manager GUI via load balancer after HTTPs certificate update

Issue

  • After updating the StorageGRID HTTPS certificate, attempts to access StorageGRID via the LB URL (e.g., https://lb01.storage.jp.qqq.www.com/) result in a browser privacy error: Your connection is not private. Then the access via the LB is denied.
