Issue

An error is being displayed on the Tenant Manager, Platform services endpoints page:

One or more endpoints have experienced an error. Select the endpoint for more details about the error. Meanwhile, the platform service request will be retried automatically.

Select the endpoint that has the error, error detail is displayed:

Endpoint had an AWS failure: InvalidLocationConstraint: The specified location constraint is not valid. For more information about Regions, see How to Select a Region for Your Buckets.

Clicking Test connection will temporarily clear the error, but it reoccurs every 30 minutes.
InvalidLocationConstraint errors are logged every 30 minutes in bycast.log on the RSM leader node:
