This resolution guide gives an overview of knowledge base articles for fibre channel related issues for StorageGRID Appliances.
Most Fibre Channel related issues are due to hardware defect such as:
  • Faulty cable
  • Faulty SFP
  • Faulty port on E-Series Controller
  • Faulty port on StorageGRID Compute node

First step is to try to reseat cable and/or sfp for hardware related issues. If a reseat does not help, refer to below knowledge base articles for further information and steps.
