  • Data restore throughput from StorageGRID object storage is significantly reduced during active backup windows.
  • The performance degradation occurs when multiple backup jobs simultaneously write to the same object storage target, resulting in resource contention.
  • Support > Diagnostics may report an increase in CPU, memory and disk read/write latency and various Cassandra alerts
