Issue

  • Backup job(s) failing with the following reported errors in Commvault:
    • Failed to read from the media during restore
    • Failed to read [X] files during the restore
    • Received failed message for job [XXXXXXX], phase [Restore]
    • No data have been received from the media agent
  • StorageGRID logs indicate no failures specific to the backup job(s).
