Issue

  • The hotfix fails unable to copy installation file
    • Error GDU-server.log:  <filename> packet_write_wait: Connection to <IP_Address> port 22: Broken pipe lost connection
  • Update  procedure  has not  been successfully applied to all required nodes
    • Error GDU-server.log : Unable to copy hotfix installation file to xxx packet_write_wait: Connection to x.y.z.w port 22
