Issue

Decommission process of a storage node is alternating between a red and blue progress bar and showing error:
 
Decommissioning Erasure Coded data
The decommission task encountered an error and is retrying. See bycast.log for details.

Reviewing bycast.log does not provide any additional details.
In GRID Topology -> Primary Admin -> CMN -> Grid Tasks the task state alternates between:
