Issue

  • StorageGRID AutoSupport does not work when using Proxy Server. In /var/local/log/bycast.log:
ERROR SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=error: certificate verify failed (unable to get local issuer certificate)
  • Telnet and traceroute are working
  • wget is failing with certificate error:

root@<affected_admin-node>:~#wget https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/
