Issue

When creating a new Load Balancer endpoint, the new port is not applied to all gateway nodes.
Following alerts are seen:
  
[2025-02-10T08:38:12.633] WARNING -- Configuration validation failed.
nginx: [emerg] unexpected end of file, expecting terminating characters for lua code block in /etc/nginx-gw/lua-config-options.conf:372
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx-gw/nginx-gw.conf test failed

[2025-02-10T08:38:12.633]   ERROR -- Configuration not valid. Reverting all changes
[2025-02-10T08:38:12.633]    INFO -- Reverting all backed up session files
[2025-02-10T08:38:12.633] WARNING -- Moved failed file to /etc/nginx-gw/lua-config-options.conf.fail-1739176692.6334515
[2025-02-10T08:38:12.633]    INFO -- Restoring /etc/nginx-gw/lua-config-options.conf from backup file /etc/nginx-gw/lua-config-options.conf.backup-1739176692.4559958
