Issue

  • While staging upgrade 11.7, the Upgrade Prechecks stages starts then exits with error "Provisioning passphrase is invalid" warning message.
  • bycast-err.log reports:
    • "Error in task. Verify that is it safe to start an upgrade"
    • "Unable to start upgrade"
    • "Provisioning passphrase is invalid"
  • Provisioning passphrase confirmed to be correct and can successfully download recovery package.
