  • Grid network and admin network are configured
  • The route of admin network can reach the support site
  • The route of grid network can not reach the support site (no internet access)

Issue

Triggering AutoSupport reports error:

ERROR   Connection to autosupport destination https://support.netapp.com:443 failed with error execution expired
