RSM becomes fails during network maintenance and ongoing Decommission

Issue

  • When a decommission is ongoing of nodes with ADC service network maintenance is done disconnecting some of the nodes.
  • After the issues with the network are resolved the RSM service does not start back up causing the Decommission to stall.
