Issue

  • Control-M tool cannot establish connection with StorageGRID bucket.
Error: Unable to execute HTTP request: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
  • To verify if the issue is with StorageGRID or not, connect the bucket using the S3 Browser and confirm that uploads complete successfully.
