StorageGRID upgrade hangs on software package transfer

Issue

  • You are able to browse and choose the base file.
  • The transfer progress is slow but finishes with a green check mark.
  • Hotfix browse button and continue button are grayed out.
  • No scp logging found in gdu-server.log for the 11.9.0 package
  • No increase in data transfer between jump box and Admin node as seen in iftop -i eth0
  • nslookup against the DNS name of the grid shows IP addresses for the customers F5 VIP
