Issue

  • After decommissioning a storage node, its still visible on the Nodes page, but not in the Decommission page or in from nodetool status
  • While attempting to expand the previously decommissioned node, it fails with error: 500: Internal Server Error – The following node names are already used in your grid: <Node Name>
