StorageGRID admin node is not responding

Issue
- Node reported as not responding when trying to access Grid Manager
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable Service Unavailable The StorageGRID API Service is not responding. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact Technical support.
- Node is reported as Admin down when accessing Grid Manager through secondary admin node
- Multiple nodes may also be admin down including Primary Admin node
- Grid Manger shows the affected nodes down but Grid Topology shows all nodes are up and all services are running
- Review
bycast-err.log
for the below error messages:Feb 28 13:12:40 Node Name: |2023-02-28T13:12:40.344| INFO GDU client response received from GDU server: [{"action"=>"Change Node Console Passwords", "message"=>"GDU provisioning directory /var/local/gdu-server/spec contains more than one input file.
