Answer

No, the internal dashboard cannot be customized. With StorageGRID 11.5 and up, it is possible to export the Prometheus data used by Grafana to an external instance and customize it.
 
To export the Prometheus metrics to an external source:
  1. create an administrator client certificate using the guide.
  2. On the external client enter the domain name or IP address of the Admin Node and make sure to specify HTTPS and port 9091 in the url:
