StorageGRID reports ILM placement unachievable with resource issues

Issue

StorageGRID reports ILM placement unachievable.
 
When viewing performance graphs, it shows a constant high values for memory and CPU.
From Support > Diagnostics, it shows several errors for Cassandra and Disk I/O latency
