Issue

Hardware fault has been detected on StorageGRID Appliance node. The following alert/alarm is reported in Grid Manager:

Appliance fan fault detected

Output of the command run-host-command ipmitool sel list reports the below entries.

6224 | 08/21/2024 | 04:00:08 | Fan #0xc0 | Lower Non-critical going low  | Deasserted
6225 | 08/21/2024 | 04:00:56 | Fan #0xc0 | Lower Non-critical going low  | Asserted
6226 | 08/21/2024 | 04:00:56 | Fan #0xc0 | Lower Critical going low  | Asserted
6227 | 08/21/2024 | 04:01:00 | Fan #0xc0 | Lower Critical going low  | Deasserted
6228 | 08/21/2024 | 04:01:00 | Fan #0xc0 | Lower Non-critical going low  | Deasserted
6229 | 08/21/2024 | 04:01:44 | Fan #0xc0 | Lower Non-critical going low  | Asserted
