Issue

“Unable to Contact NTP Servers” alert in StorageGRID
in the NMS logs you see the following errors
r 16 12:24:16 CTXSGF01 NMS: |2026-03-16T12:24:16.665| ERROR   Non-zero SNTP response for xx.xx.xx.xx: (1)#012ntpdig: no eligible servers
Mar 16 12:24:17 CTXSGF01 NMS: |2026-03-16T12:24:17.574| ERROR   Non-zero SNTP response for xx.xx.xx.xx: (1)#012ntpdig: no eligible servers
