Issue

  • AutoSupport is enabled using HTTPS protocol and verify certificate.
  • AutoSupport test fails.
  • AutoSupport page displays error "One or more recent AutoSupport requests were unsuccessful. See the results tab for details":

  • bycast-err.log shows:

May  7 14:42:32 SITE01-SGADMIN1 NMS: |2025-05-07T14:42:32.293| ERROR   Connection to autosupport destination https://support.netapp.com:443 [support.netapp.com] failed with error Failed to open TCP connection to support.netapp.com:443 (Network is unreachable - connect(2) for "support.netapp.com" port 443)
