Issue

  • One or more StorageGRID nodes appear 'blue' (state unknown) in the Network Management System (NMS).
  • Logging in to the console of the affected nodes reveals that all the services are up, and none is in an error state.
  • If there are two NMSs, one NMS might display the node 'blue', while the other displays a different status (for example, green, amber, or red).
