Issue

NTP fails with the following errors:
  • The attention LED is on in the actual machine.
  • StorageGRID alerts page report: Appliance storage controller hardware issue
  • From SANtricity System Manager (WEB UI): Unable to Contact NTP Servers / NTP Query Failed
  • Major Event logs:
