Issue

  • SANtricity upgrade stuck at stage rebooting for some time
  • The affected node in question is no longer pingable
  • The appliance BMC is reachable

The following error message if observed from Grid Manager:

"an error occurred during the most recent santricity os upgrade. you must retry the Santricity os upgrade before you can apply a notify to a new storage guide release."
