CSG-12767: Lost StorageGRID versioned objects do not trigger Objects Lost alert

Issue

  • A read request (GET) of a versioned object that no longer has any remaining locations can return HTTP 500 InternalError instead of being handled as a lost object.
  • An Objects potentially lost alert is not triggered.
