Issue

  • SNMP traps are not receiving even after configuring SNMP traps on StorageGRID
  • SolarWinds application does not receive SNMP traps from StorageGRID
  • Traps are received when using the  read-only (RO) community string, but not with the default community string.
  • TCP dump shows SNMP traps are leaving StorageGRID.
