Reschedule SCV job to remove secondary backups

SnapCenter Plug-In for VMware vSphere (SCV)

Issue

The default job in SCV that cleans up the listed backups based on snapshots that are retained on secondary storage occurs once a week.  This is not often enough for some situations and the job needs to run more often

Note that this does not remove the snapshots, but removes the job listing for backups where the snapshot no longer exists.
