  • Bidirectional communication between SnapCenter and ONTAP via port 443 (HTTPS) or 80 (HTTP)
  • HTTPS used by SAL (Storage Abstraction Layer) for communication between:
    • SnapCenter Server host and SVM
    • SCW hosts and SVM
  • HTTPS used for resolution of storage objects
