- Windows Plug-ins (SCE/SCSQL/SCW/HANA) installation/upgrade
- In SC UI - Monitor - highlight the installation or upgrade job and click Download Logs

On the Plug-in host browse to
C:\Windows\SnapCenter plugin\Install_*
C:\Windows\SnapCenter plugin\Uninstall_*
- Linux Plug-ins (SCC/SCO/SPL/SCU/HANA) installation/upgrade
- In SC UI - Monitor - highlight the installation or upgrade job and click Download Logs

On the Plug-in host browse to
/var/opt/snapcenter/logs/
- SCV
- Download support bundle from the SCV management UI or the Maintenance console and browse to
\netapp\install
- Download the Plug-in logs (SCV UI Dashboard - Click the
download icon) and browse to
\var\log\netapp\install
