Answer

MySQL password must follow the guideline as below;
  • Password must contain at least one upper case letter
  • Password must contain at least one lower case letter
  • Password must contain at least one digit
  • Password must contain at least one special character
  • Password length must be 8 characters or more

Otherwise, changing password fails by Password does not follow the required specification.
