Unable to clone from RDM disks

  • Cloning from RDM to RDM

Issue

  • Unable to clone RDM to a remote host with RDM disks
  • Error seen during the cloning:

ERROR SMCore_411081 PID=[2908] TID=[120] Exception in method: Execute. System.Exception: Could not get the iSCSI initiator. at SnapMgrCoreService.Workflows.Activities.GetCloneHostInfoActivity.getSANMountInfo(SmGetHostInfoResponse response,

  • Further error suggests the target host has physical disks:
