SnapCenter Plug-In for VMware 6.1, 6.2 (SCV)

Issue

When trying to add storage system to SCV, you get the following error:
SCV Permission Errors
Unable to add storage system.
You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this action on the root object.
Contact your administrator to add the following missing privilege: Add/Modify Storage Systems
