Unable to add cloud SnapVault destination SVM to SCV

Issue

  • SCV is unable to add a SnapVault destination SVM located in the Cloud.
  • Error seen in the SCV console:

Failed to add/update storage system information:
Failed to connect to storage system <SVM_NAME_OR_IP_ADDR>. This instance has already started one or more requests.
Properties can only be modified before sending the first request.

  • The ONTAPI and HTTP applications have been enabled for the SVM and username.
  • Firewall is not blocking port 443.
