Issue

Unable to access the SnapCenter UI, and the following error is displayed in the web browser:
 
SnapCenter repository is not accessible.  Error:  Could not load file or assembly 'Devart.Data.Mysql, Version=X.X.XXX.X, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' or one of its dependencies.  The system can't find the file specified.
