The backups work, but the Exchange old log files are not getting deleted

Issue
- Exchange logs are not always truncated for some of the Mailbox Databases
- Possible errors in the Windows Event Viewer of any of the Exchange DAG Nodes:
Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error querying for the IVssWriterCallback interface. hr = 0x80070005,
Access is denied. This is often caused by incorrect security settings in either the writer or requestor process.
The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service was unable to process a request due to an unexpected error.
Request GUID: '<GUID_a>'
Database GUID: '<GUID_b>'
Error: Database '<GUID_c>' doesn't exist.
Information Store - <MB_Name> (10000) <MB_Name>: No log files can be truncated.
